The location was super! it was easy to walk to everything. the free dinner at the local restaurant was such a treat. I loved the meal and drink. i also appreciated the included dinner. It.

The remote "customer service" setup made check-in a little tricky. I preferred a staffed reception.

quiet location good treat perfect air conditioning

I adored the quiet location. It ensured peaceful sleep. the free dinner at the local restaurant was a good treat, the food was AMAZING!!! the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable.

The lack of on-site staff made check-in a little confusing. I wish there was someone available for immediate assistance.

quiet stay near the station

excellent location included dinners

I found the location excellent for accessing a lovely restaurant and a coffee shop. The hotel is also within walking distance of the train station. Included dinners at a nearby trattoria were a great benefit. I found the food there to be excellent.

There was no one working at the desk. Check in was done by myself. This arrangement felt impersonal and lacked the cute presence i usually expect. I missed having someone readily available to answer questions or provide assistance.
